The renovation of this 36,000 SF, 3-story building, originally built in 1925, is located in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District. The goal of this project was to incorporate modern and sustainable design while still keeping the building’s historic feel due to its listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
This multi-use space is one of the first projects by Lankford | Fendler that utilizes VRF technology for heating and cooling systems. A variety of sustainable elements, such as low flow and high efficiency water filters were also incorporated into the design in order to achieve LEED Silver Status.
