In 2007, a fire destroyed numerous 1923 buildings in the Waldo area of Kansas City. Diane Botwin, the property owner decided to rebuild and use this tragedy as an opportunity to add a modern structure to an otherwise nondescript area. As a result, we were able to create a multi-use building that incorporates sustainable features, art and a timeless structure.
