Over 1,000,000 square feet of office development with 500,000 square feet utilizing underfloor air and power distribution and 500,000 square feet of renovation utilizing conventional overhead HVAC distribution systems. The central plant consisted of over 2,700 tons of chilled water capacity distributed to over 5 buildings within the campus site. The old Post Office incorporated a 4-story atrium requiring a state of the art smoke removal system. This facility is LEED® Certified.
