JE Dunn Construction made the move from multiple facilities to a single new facility headquarted in The East Village, downtown Kansas City. The 204,000 sq. ft. office building also includes a 780 space parking structure . The building uses an air distribution system which includes two custom built roof mounted air handling units that provide air to five floors thru an underfloor air distribution/duct system. The interior spaces are provided with manual or automatically controlled floor diffusers, which increase the functionality of the open environment throughout the building. The mechanical systems are controlled and monitored by a fully automated energy management control system.
