This project included two new buildings to replace McCollum Hall at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. The buildings are each five-story and accommodate 350 residents. Also included is Daisy Hill Commons, a two-story community building located in between the two halls to serve all residents. The 208,000 SF project was completed Summer 2015 with a total construction cost of approximately $40 Million.
