Design and MEP scopes of work for a 500,000 square foot office build-out for Shook, Hardy & Bacon. The project consisted of 40,000 sq. ft. of conferencing space, a 5,000 sq. ft. lunch room, an entire floor dedicated to support staff, a data center to serve the building and over 400,000 sq. ft. of private and open office space. Also included in the project was a 1,100 square foot data center and horizontal and vertical copper and fiber distribution to the 24 floors occupied by the law firm.
