Providing MEP design services for a design/build project accommodating the new downtown headquarters of McCownGordon Construction at 850 Main. The 100,000 SF renovation and 15,000 SF addition includes open and private offices, conference rooms, a rooftop deck, workout facilities and a kitchen space. Currently under construction and expecting a 2019 opening.
